Finish: The surface of Galvanized steel tapes is free form scales, seams, Zinc flakes and other surface imperfection. The zinc coating smooth and continuous.
Thickness: 0.15 mm to 2.00 mm
Width: 4 mm to 1250 mm
Technical Specifications:
Tensile Strength: 28 to 50 kgf/mm2
Elongation: Minimum 10% on 250 mm gauge length.
Zinc Coating: Minimum 110 g/m2 (total weight on all four sides). However, this can be increased to suit customer’s requirements.

Packing: Galvanized steel coils are wrapped in strong water proof sea-worthy packing and are in palletized loads.
Other types of packing can be done as required, such as: the coil core with the cardboard tube inside.
Delivery Form: Galvanized Steel Tapes are supplied in continuous lengths in ribbon wound coils.
Coil Size: Inside Diameter- minimum 150 mm, Outside Diameter – Within 400-800.
Testing: Galvanized Steel Tapes are manufactured according to customer’s requirements and specifications.
