Center-hole jack

The center-hole jack is a universal jack for prestressing. It is a new type of jack with new sealing technology and special process, which is lighter by optimized design and calculation and improved structural form. It has the characteristics of small size, light weight, compact structure, good sealing performance, easy operation, etc. Its axial length is shortened so that the length of prestressing strand to be reserved is also shortened, thus saving a lot of steel strands.

This type of jack is widely used in pre-tensioned and post-tensioned prestressed concrete structures, prestressed concrete bridges, high-rise buildings, rock and soil anchoring, power stations, highways and other construction projects.

This type of jack is mainly used for tensioning and anchoring of anchorages and other anchorages of the same type. When equipped with different accessories, the jack can be used for tensioning anchorages such as anchorages for fine-rolled twisted bars, button-head anchorages and cold-cast anchorage respectively. Note that this jack is not suitable for top pushing, jacking and beam lowering.

It is equipped with ZB4-500 oil pump or other oil pumps with equivalent performance.
